A young man, Abdallah, finds himself a stranger in his own land whilst visiting his mother on his way to Europe.

Abdallah struggles to adapt, wearing western clothes and having forgotten his mother tongue, he is seen as an outsider. However, a friendship with an electrician and his apprentice ignite a sense of loss and intrigue for the life he’s leaving behind.
